Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

• Customers can cancel their order within 4 hours of placing it by emailing store@91coders.com with the subject line "Cancel - order no."
• Refund amount will be credited to the source account.
• Refund processing time is 24 to 48 hours, and it may take up to 10 business days to reflect in the customer's bank account.

Cancellation of Shipped Orders:

• If the customer requests to cancel the product after shipping, 25% of the order value will be deducted, and the remaining value will be credited to the source account.
• The deduction covers material, labor charges, and packaging expenses incurred by the company.
